As needed Building Management
For buildings that don’t require a permanent Concierge but still require Building Management tasks such as assisted move-ins, trades access, fob programming, CCTV review and more.
BCCS assigns an experienced Building Manager to attend as needed & handle these tasks.
How it works
- Residents can contact their BM directly by phone or email
- BCCS recommends a certain number of hours per month based on your building’s needs
- The BM attends as required, coordinating and completing all tasks

- The BM works closely with residents and the OC Manager to ensure efficient management
