    Sanjay Chaudhari

    Head Supervisor

    Sanjay’s strong work ethic and attention detail, together with extensive industry experience makes him an integral part of the BCCS team. Sanjay and his team of Supervisors regularly visit our sites to ensure all our services are maintained to the highest of standards.

    Sanjay is regularly training our staff to be the most effective and professional employees they can be. Sanjay also loves to meet with our clients on-site to see how they are and if there is any feedback they’d like to discuss about our service.

    Outside of work Sanjay enjoys playing and watching Cricket and spending time with his friends and family.

    MAGDALENA ORAMUS

    Client Services Manager

    Magdalena joined BCCS in 2017 and is an integral part of the operations team. Her welcoming disposition and strong work ethic are evident in all that she sets out to do.

    She loves that everyone at BCCS is 110% dedicated to what they do and are willing to go the extra mile to support both clients and staff.

    When not at work, Buffy (her dog) steals her attention, as do the latest podcasts and you can often find Magdalena in her garden or immersed in a DIY project at home.

    Josh’s passion for the cleaning industry, coupled with his strong work ethic, deliver an ongoing commitment to both his clients and staff.

    Josh loves meeting with clients and learning about their unique requirements to then tailor a solution that meets their needs.

    Outside of work, Josh is a Melbourne Demons fan and enjoys spending some downtime with his family – his wife Romi and kids. His three young boys well and truly keep him on his toes!

    Joel thrives on the dynamic nature of the cleaning industry and as General Manager is immersed in all facets of the business. He prides himself on always being there to support both staff and clients, whatever the circumstances.

    Joel lives and breathes BCCS‘ values – reliability, professionalism and transparency.

    He’s an avid Carlton supporter and when he’s not at work he’s spending time with his family – his wife Naomi and kids, Benji and Darcy.

    Director – Operations

    In 2010 Brent made the leap from being a Chartered Accountant to launch the BCCS business aiming to shift the perception of the cleaning industry with an emphasis on creating a customer-focused driven business.

    Ten years later, BCCS has grown into an industry leader, recognised for going above and beyond for their clients.

    The journey for Brent has been a rewarding one, working side by side with a team of professionals who execute their roles to the highest standards.

    Brent is always willing to resolve a challenge or issue should it arise, even if it’s a late-night phone call or a weekend email.

    He spends his downtime with his family, his wife Jess, and little girl. As a sports enthusiast, he loves participating in marathons and supporting Essendon in the footy.
